The 2018 Spring English Kindergarten was a great time for the PEC teachers and students in both Hikari and Tokuyama. We laughed, ate well and learned some fine English words.
After reading various stories about clouds, sleeping animals and a boy called David, we did our themes.
All EKs must have some good themes for the kids and this season ticked all the boxes.
We looked at colours, shapes and then joined them together on the last day-
the kids made colourful shapes using fuzzy wire.
The best food we made was the trifle-
the kids helped to mix the cream and cut the cake which was enjoyed by all.
The whipped cream was delicious.
We played tip (or Australian tag) in the park and it was a very peaceful time.
In Tokuyama, we went for a walk around the block.
The kids loved jumping in the puddles left by the rain.
The third day in Hikari was very windy but we held onto our hats and made it back safely.
