child care staff in west Japan!

PEC is a school which provides after-school English classes for children aged between 0 and 18. Our mission is to improve children to have English skill in an English-speaking environment where they listen to and speak English in a natural way. With a mix of both native English speakers and bilingual staff, we aim to make a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for the children so that they can enjoy and learn English simultaneously here. PEC is a very pleasant place to work. Teachers are enjoying teaching with children and being part of our friendly, good work environment.
Yamaguchi is in the west area of Japan, & there are beautiful beaches & mountains. The climate is warm & calm like the Mediterranean Sea area.
We have few earthquakes or disasters. The populations are almost 50000.
The character of the people is frank, and very kind.
We are looking for people who... ・love to work with children ・have a passion and enthusiasm to teach children ・have a great creativity in making unique programs and lesson plans ・are willing to work as a team ・are interested in English education for younger children ,students ,adults. The followings are some examples of our daily work ・Give children interesting and fun experiences. ・Make programs and lesson plans, and lead classes. ・Support school management　 ・love to live in countryside . Qualifications ・Experience working at pre-school, after-school or English conversation school is preferable. ・Teacher's license for nursery school, kindergarten or elementary school. Any child care license is preferable.
